Delivery Coverage

We ship to most Australian addresses via Australia Post. Any worries give us a shout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and what you're ordering. No surprises, you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Free Shipping

Spend $79.85 or more and we'll cover the shipping. That's two bags. They're great gifts. 

Processing Time

We'll have your order packed and handed over to Australia Post within 2-3 business days.

Delivery Timeframes

Once it's with Australia Post, delivery times depend on where you are:

• Metro areas: 3-7 business days
• Regional areas: 5-10 business days
• Remote areas: 7-14 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery times are at the mercy of Australia Post's schedule and the occasional CT110 that's seen better days.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number so you can follow along from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If something goes wrong in transit, let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll try sort it out.

What We Can't Control

Wrong address? Acts of nature? Unforeseen circumstances? We can't be held responsible for those. Double check your details before you hit confirm.
